Learning and academic engagement are negatively impacted when student behavior is disruptive. This practical workshop explores how restorative practices can increase accountability, improve student learning, and strengthen relationships.

Participants will learn strategies for problem-solving that help students understand the impact of their choices, repair relationships, and engage academically. The training will also address how educators can maintain clear expectations and meaningful consequences while providing students with support, dignity, and a path forward.

Ideal for administrators, teachers, counselors, social workers, behavior specialists, and school support staff, this workshop provides usable tools to build trust, reduce repeated negative behaviors, and create learning environments where the focus is on academic achievement.
